Great concept with I’m Irish I don’t tan I burn feel repeat shirt. As a retired City Planner I agree. Kids should also be able to have an environment where they can safely walk to schools and parks. I have read through a few comments, some saying this won’t work in America. What a shame that we can’t even try. It could work if we all work together towards this. So this would never work in the U.S. It only works in a society where kids are taught discipline at home and everyone is not looking to sue the school. Yes, let them run and jump have fun, and experience their childhood. I got the chance to. It’s so sad I don’t see kids playing outside anymore. This is wonderful. I think the outdoors ring and the tree are great ideas, but the indoors environment sounds just horrid. Like working in an open-plan office and trying to concentrate.
