So, someone enlightens me, in order to design a better women’s toilet, what would you change? And likewise, what do colored people want in a toilet. Did I think they just pee and poop in the same as everyone else of their gender? This is absolutely true! The point is that people build things excluding the people who it will also directly affect. Exclusion is the point. There are many qualified women and people of color for these jobs and projects yet they get looked over for petty reasons. The point is this stops growth. It stops innovation l. It stops what we could be and what we could be enjoying. There are so many beautiful ideas that can make the world a better place that doesn’t get a chance by people with power all because they don’t want to be one-upped.
